TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Prices are per person in U.S. dollars, based on double occupancy, for new bookings only and may be withdrawn at any time. Any cancellation after registration will result in a total loss of the $500 USD deposit. Cancellations made within: 90 days of departure will forfeit 30% of the journey fee, 45 days of departure will forfeit 50% of the fee, 7 days of departure will forfeit 70% of the fee. The Retreat Leaders reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if they do so, your deposit is refunded in full). Itinerary is subject to change, if so, you will be notified in writing. The inclusions are subjected to change. We reserve the right to change or cancel any activity for any reason. However you will always be notified in advance and every effort to replace it with an equal value activity will be made. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. We suggest either World Nomads or Travel Guard Insurance. Both offer several policy options.
