Yoga, Meditation + Self Love Retreat

On this 8 day retreat in the heart of Bali you will participate in a daily yoga and meditation practice, led by Megan Christensen and Chris Tate. You will experience the beauty and time held traditions of Balinese culture. You will participate in the Ogoh Ogoh Festival in celebration of the Balinese new year, followed by Nyepi, “silent day”. A day dedicated to self reflection and the planning of the coming year.
In your daily yoga workshops with Megan, you will partake in a yoga self-love practices. In the evening, Chris will take us on a journey into the subconscious with short lectures on the neuroscience and physics of meditation, followed by a guided meditation. Throughout the week you will explore Ubud and the Balinese culture as we visit Monkey Forest and Ubud City Center, Padang Padang beach, Uluwatu Temple, and Jimbaran Beach, and Bali Tree Top.
